TATA STEEL has ordered four CNC POREBA centre lathes type TRB and TRP. The lathes will be delivered to India before the end of 2018.

The ordered machines are two conventional TRB 135 centre lathes of turning length up to 2 metres. The lathes will be designed to recondition jet engine blades and shafts. Their basic task will be turning and they will be equipped with grinding attachments for precise machininig.

As a part of our product development program, we have started the design works on enhancing the TOK series lathes machining capabilities, including the new full C axis and increase the maximum machining length up to 12 meters.
