On 22 March 2019 , Management Board of RAFAMET S.A. has signed a contract to deliver a horizontal centre lathe TRB 155 CNC x 4000 for a steel industry company from Turkey. The lathe will be working on a production line of steel profiles up to 4-m in length.That is a comeback of PORĘBA brand to the Turkish market after several years of absence and another successful sale, since the brand name PORĘBA was owned by RAFAMET S.A.

We hereby inform that the word mark "POREBA" has been registered to the name of RAFAMET S.A. by the European Union Intellectual Property Ofice, Certificate of Registration No. 017925590 dated October 2018, as a supplement to the graphical trademark, Certificate of Registration No. 1319291 dated 17 November 2016. In connection with the above, we demand immediate cessation of the unauthorized use of the trademark in your company activities, such as: website, offers, advertisements, publications, etc. Failure to comply before 15 November 2018 will result in taking legal action.

A new contract for heavy horizontal lathe TCF 200, was concluded on 12 November 2018, for a customer from Bulgaria. The Factory Acceptance Test is planned for the third quarter of 2019.
The multi-purpose lathe TCF 200 guarantees productive rough and finish machining. The TCF lathe is designed especially for machining of large-size shafts.
